Built in the pueblo style with vigas (log beams) supporting
the ceiling and real plaster walls. Heating is underfloor. The R65 walls keep
the guesthouse cool in summer - there are also ample ceiling fans. The TV receives Dish Network stations as
subscribed (37 channels- HBO, etc.). There is a telephone for free local calls. Wi-Fi
operates best in the living room.
The Guesthouse is SMOKE FREE.
As you come in the front door, you enter the dining room and living room with
the kitchen at the far end.

This is the reverse view... the couch can pull out into a (memory-foam) bed, if
requested.

There are two bedrooms. The master bedroom overlooks Bear Creek and faces west
and also has a private door onto the south veranda and a dressing area with a
hanging cupboard and a chest of drawers.

It has a large bathroom with walk-in shower. There are ample towels and
bathrobes.

The second bedroom window faces north and the door opens from the living area.

This bedroom has a bathroom with shower/tub which also opens onto the living
area.
