The Kitchen is well supplied with cooking utensils. We start you off with organic milk and eggs, bread, butter, jams, yogurt, cereal, coffee, teas, soda, ice, spices, and condiments.

There is a small but reasonably well-stocked general supermarket in Gila, The Valley Market, that is open normal hours 6 days a week.

Silver City, 25 miles away, has a Co-op selling all manner of organic and healthy foods. Specialty food can be purchased at The Curious Kumquat. There is also an Albertsons supermarket, and a Walmart (open 24/7). Silver City has an impressive array of restaurants, featuring Southwest cooking, German and Italian foods. There are also several fast-food franchises in town.

In Cliff, a few miles away, there is a wonderful petrol station, Chuck's Folly, open 7 days a week in the mornings and 6 days a week during normal hours. If you live out here or visit out here, you soon learn to keep your car tank filled up! Distances are huge, the driving easy and spectacular. Chuck's Folly also deals with punctures and tire changes should the need arise.
